Sojodesk provides hotel software: a property management system, a channel connection, a direct booking page, pricing tools and guest communication. The plan and add-ons you choose determine which parts you can use. Prices are in US dollars per property per month, and add-ons with a usage limit (such as WhatsApp messages) stop at that limit unless you buy more.

The hotel owns the data it enters and is responsible for it. For guest data, the hotel is the controller and Sojodesk is the processor: we only process it to run the service. We store sensitive fields such as passport numbers encrypted, we make daily backups, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your guests, for example consent to receive WhatsApp messages.

Connections to booking sites (such as Booking.com, Airbnb or Agoda) and to WhatsApp depend on those platforms. We cannot guarantee their availability or their rules, and you must also follow their terms.

The subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the month. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. After you cancel you can export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it.

We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost bookings. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event. Dutch law applies.
