Pricing questions
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly price per property. Sojodesk takes no commission on direct bookings. Booking websites still charge their own commission, as they do today.
How many rooms are included?
Every plan includes up to 20 rooms and 10 room types. From 20 to 40 rooms you pay a flat extra of $29 per month. Above 40 rooms we make a personal offer.
Which plan do I need if I only want a booking page?
The Basic plan. It includes the calendar, your own booking page and unlimited staff accounts.
What does the Channels plan add?
The channel manager: a connection with Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka and Google, with double-booking protection and help to get connected.
When does the Revenue plan pay for itself?
When it fills nights you would otherwise lose. Room advice shows an estimate of the nights it can free up, and gap-night discounts sell short holes in your calendar. As a rule of thumb, one extra room night per month covers a large part of the plan price.
What does help with setting up cost?
A one-time $249. We set up your rooms, rates and channels with you in a personal session.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You pay monthly and can cancel at the end of any month.
