Airbnb allows only one channel manager at a time. If another one is connected, disconnect it first in your Airbnb privacy settings.

We send you a secure link. Log in to Airbnb and approve it. You can change your password afterwards without affecting the connection.

Each Airbnb listing is linked to a room in Sojodesk.

We activate and verify
We switch on the sync and check availability and prices on the first dates.

Prices and availability pushed
Rates, availability and restrictions per night are sent to Airbnb, and updated whenever your calendar changes.
Reservations come back in
New, changed and cancelled Airbnb bookings appear in your calendar automatically, with the guest, room and price.
Closed when sold
When a room is sold on another channel or directly, it is closed on Airbnb within minutes, so you are not double-booked.
Good to know
- Airbnb supports only one type of minimum stay (arrival based); we send the matching value.
- If prices on Airbnb depend on the number of guests, we align them with your per-room price.
Questions about Airbnb
Do I keep my existing Airbnb account?
Yes. You keep your own account, contract and commission agreement with Airbnb. Sojodesk only manages prices, availability and reservations for you.
Will my existing bookings be affected?
No. Existing reservations stay as they are. If you like, we import your upcoming bookings so they show up in the calendar and block the right rooms.
