Rates, availability and restrictions per night are sent to Traveloka, and updated whenever your calendar changes.
Reservations come back in
New, changed and cancelled Traveloka bookings appear in your calendar automatically, with the guest, room and price.
Closed when sold
When a room is sold on another channel or directly, it is closed on Traveloka within minutes, so you are not double-booked.
Good to know
- Traveloka supports meal plans at room level, so one room type can appear several times with different meal plans.
- You can ask Traveloka to change whether bookings arrive with or without tax and commission; this changes what you see as the booking amount.
Questions about Traveloka
Do I keep my existing Traveloka account?
Yes. You keep your own account, contract and commission agreement with Traveloka. Sojodesk only manages prices, availability and reservations for you.
Will my existing bookings be affected?
No. Existing reservations stay as they are. If you like, we import your upcoming bookings so they show up in the calendar and block the right rooms.
