Starting with two or three villas? The Channels plan plus the add-on costs $48 per month, with all your booking sites connected and owner statements included. Add villas and move up a tier when you need it. Your data, your owners and your history stay exactly where they are.
There is no commission on your direct bookings, and you can stop at the end of any month. Prices are in US dollars per property per month.
Made for villa management in Bali and Southeast Asia
Sojodesk is built and used every day at a working resort in Bali, where villa management is a business of its own: owners abroad, many booking sites, cleaning teams and local taxes. Amounts are shown in Indonesian rupiah or in your own currency, and the system speaks English, Indonesian, Dutch and German.
Set the tax and service charge that is included in your prices, for example the local hotel tax and service charge that are common in Bali, and the statement shows them on a separate line, so your owners see exactly where every rupiah went.
Questions from villa managers
What is in an owner statement?
Every booking of the owner’s villas in the period, the revenue, the fees of booking sites such as Booking.com and Airbnb, tax and service charge if you set them, your commission, the costs you made for the owner and the amount you pay out. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
Can one owner have several villas?
Yes. Link as many villas or rooms to an owner as your add-on allows: up to 5, 15 or 30 in total. All of them appear on one statement.
How are booking-site fees handled?
You enter the percentage each site keeps, for example Booking.com 15%, once for your whole business. It is deducted per booking on the owner statement. Direct bookings carry no fees.
Can I charge my own costs to an owner?
Yes. Add costs such as cleaning, repairs or linen with a date and an amount. They are deducted from the payout and listed on the statement.
What if I manage more than 30 villas?
Contact us. Larger portfolios get a price on request, and we are happy to help you set everything up.
Do I need the add-on for housekeeping and channels?
No. Housekeeping, group bookings and guest profiles are in every plan. Booking-site connections need the Channels plan or higher. Only the owner statements are a separate add-on.
